Nothing piques our excitement more than a France based fashion fiesta and this year the 11th edition of the Cannes Shopping Festival, April 18-21, got our grand imaginations fluttering over designer Melany Rowe. Her formal wear betrayed an elegant strength behind its enticing designs, leaving festival goers with 5 separate glamorous showings.
Rowe’s pairings are both sultry and badass, proving that this Edmonton designer has us just as intrigued as the rest of the world. Bravo Melany, Bravo!
